Scope of the engagement:
- Individual Review Analysis: Analyse customer reviews to determine expectations and benefits, as well as objections. Provide a summary overview of benefits / objections for Ka'Chava as a whole, for all products / variants aggregated and for each product / variant individually. Assumption: Reviews are tracked per purchased product variant.
- Product Page Audit: Analysing product page metrics like bounce rates and heatmaps to identify improvement areas. Run product review mining to reveal customer expectations / product benefits. Identify product page enhancements in images, CTAs, trust elements, descriptions and merchandising to optimise usability.
- Funnel Conversion Analysis: Evaluate the current marketing channels (Meta, YouTube, and Google), landing pages, page performance KPIs, customer segments and define funnel strategies like new customer acquisition, retargeting, loyal customers and branding. Furthermore, define a new landing page template with sections in the area of copy, customer needs, product features, branding communication, urgency, social proof, objection handling, call to actions and content targeting / personalisation. Provide up to 3 different landing page variations to target customers differently based on the identified marketing funnel strategies.
- Figma Designs: New design templates / functionalities for product detail page and a marketing landing page.
Deliverables:
Detailed improvement suggestion items including item descriptions, an estimated priority (impact/effort rating), and examples from the Shopify ecosystem. A prioritisation workshop (1-2hrs) to deliver recommendations and work with you on implementation prioritisation. A summary spreadsheet that includes suggestions, impact, effort, and priorities based on the workshop results to clarify the implementation order. Figma designs for product detail page and related functionalities, as well as for a marketing landing page.
